Further, the insulating layer of the insulated wire is made from resin crosslinked by irradiating ionizing radiation, and the method of manufacturing the insulated wire is provided. Furthermore, the multilayer wire has the external cover for covering the insulated wire and the external periphery of the insulated wire.
