      SOLUTION: A bus bar module 1 consists of six bus bars 21-26. The bus bar 21 is composed of collective square rods in which four square rods 21a, 21b, 21c, and 21d having almost square cross-section are collected in flat plate. Each of the square rods 21a-21d is composed of: a copper wire 53a the cross section of which is almost square; and a cover film 53b which covers the copper wire 53a. The same goes for other bus bars 22-26. By constituting a bus bar with a collective square rod in which a plurality of quare rods are gathered side by side, a manufacturing cost is reduced and a complex shape is formed with ease.

By this configuration, in the high voltage circuit of a hybrid automobile for example, the high voltage circuit can be energized and interrupted by switching on and off action of the dc relay, when driving it, and when a worker for maintenance works, a current can be reliably interrupted simply by inserting the insulating plate between the contacts of the dc relay.
