By this preserving container, the adsorption of the cationic ingredient is suppressed since the first layer located in the inside surface is formed of the aromatic polyester resin, and the suppression of the decrease of the solution stored in the preserving container can be achieved because it is possible to restrain the solution from oozing out in the form of steam out of the preserving container since the second layer is formed of the steam barrier resin.
