SOLUTION: The box case 2 contains a primary pipe 3 connected to a water supply pipeline, a secondary pipe 4 connected to a toilet side pipeline, the hand washer 11, a water pipe 5 connecting the primary pipe 3 to the hand washer 11 for leading water, and a hand washer side drainpipe 13 connected to a hand washer side pipeline. An upper section on the front face of the case 2 includes a toilet side operation hole 20 from which a toilet side operation button 7 is projected, a hand washer side operation hole 21 from which a hand washer side operation button 10 is projected, and a hand washer opening 22. On the outside of a lower section on the front face of the case 2, the toilet 40 is placed, which contains a toilet side pipeline and is attached almost integrally to the case 2 without a gap.
