Thus, the feeder wire 13 expands and contracts by itself in a vibration direction of a vibration board so that the feeder wire 13 has a spring characteristic, the length of the feeder wire in a steady state can be shortened in the vibration direction, and the thickness of the jet flow generating device can be thinner in the vibration direction.
