    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively use a broadcast receiver (tuner) included in a display device of, for example, a television receiver. SOLUTION: A personal computer (PC) 10 and a television receiver (TV) 30 are connected to each other with one HDMI cable 1. A TMDS channel in the HDMI cable 1 is used to transmit a video signal from the PC 10 to the TV 30.
