摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device which is made compact and thin and can have a longer communication distance and a wider communication range. SOLUTION: The communication device has a substrate 63 having a nearly annular antenna coil 61 and a communication circuit part 62 provided inside the antenna coil 61, and a magnetic material sheet covering the entire surface of the antenna coil 61 and the communication part 62 from one surface side of the substrate 63. Further, a metal plate is provided on the magnetic material sheet on the opposite side from the substrate 63. The communication circuit part 62 is arranged inside the antenna coil 61 to make the communication device thin, and the entire surface of the antenna coil 61 and communication circuit part 62 is covered with the magnetic material sheet to bundle magnetic flux, thereby increasing the arrival distance of a radio wave.
