    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving-up/down ramp that allows smooth going-up/down movement between a structure such as an apartment house and a building and a temporary scaffold installed by the structure, and is free of trouble such as obstruction to work and a use that a worker does not intend since the moving-up/down ramp can be stored on the spot.SOLUTION: The moving-up/down ramp includes a frame part 20 supported rotatably on a temporary scaffold 10, and a ladder part 40 configured to be put in and out of the frame part 20. When the moving-up/down ramp is not used, the ladder part 40 is moved into the frame part 20, and a lower end part of the frame part 20 is put close to the temporary scaffold 10, so that the moving-up/down ramp is in a first state where the moving-up/down ramp cannot be used for going-up/down movement between a structure 1 and the temporary scaffold 10. When the moving-up/down ramp is used, the lower end part of the frame part 20 is put apart from the temporary scaffold 10 toward the structure 1, and the ladder part 40 is taken out of the frame part 20, so that the moving-up/down ramp is in a second state where the moving-up/down ramp is usable for going-up/down movement between the structure 1 and temporary scaffold 10.
