    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation stay suitable for a window of a mid-to-high-rise house which receives a strong wind daily, and locking and holding the window opened for ventilation to surely prevent the window from returning into a closed attitude under wind pressure.
      SOLUTION: The window 2 is provided with a change-over base 4, and an opening frame is provided with a latch body 5. The change-over base 4 is provided with a change-over implement 6 for changing a restraining arm 8 over to a ventilating position and a fully open position. One end of the restraining arm 8 is connected in a swingable manner to the change-over implement 6 through a connecting pin 7, and the other end of the restraining arm 8 is provided with an engaging body 20 engaged with the latch body 5. A lock mechanism is provided between the change-over base 4 and the restraining arm 8. The lock mechanism includes a locking body 41 supported to be displaceable into a locking position and a lock release position by the change-over base 4, and a locked body 18 fixed to the restraining arm 8. In a state of the window 2 being opened into the ventilating position, the locked body 18 is locked and engaged with the locking body 41 to regulate the closing direction displacement of the restraining arm 8.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating implement which enables the operation of switching an attached metal fitting for a window to be smoothly performed by properly maintaining the connecting state of a switching knob to a connecting pin.
      SOLUTION: The connecting pin 26 provided in the attached metal fitting 4 for the window is equipped with an engaging shank 35 and a flange 36. The operating implement 10 connected to the connecting pin 26 comprises a knob arm 40, a knob body 41, a lock body 42, etc. The knob arm 40 is provided with a connecting hole 48 which is insertion-engaged with the engaging shank 35. A plate surface of the lock body 42 is provided with a lock hole 61 for being engaged with the flange 36. The lock body 42 can be shifted in its position between a locking attitude for engaging the lock hole 61 with the flange 36 and an unlocking attitude for disengaging the lock hole 61 from the flange 36, and locking is urged by a lock spring 43. In a state in which the connecting hole 48 is engaged with the engaging shank 35, the lock hole 61 of the lock body 42 is engaged with the flange 36, so as to lock-hold the operating implement 10 in an unshaky state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash roller with a speed control function which is suitably used in a door panel of a lightweight indoor sliding door, in particular, by which assured speed control function is exerted irrespective of the weight of a moving object.
      SOLUTION: The sash roller unit comprises a housing 7 buried and fixed in a lower part of the door panel 1, a sash roller 8 being journaled to the housing 7 and rolling on a guide rail 3, a gear train 9 transmitting rotational power of the sash roller 8, a rotary damper 10 exerting braking action receiving the rotational power transmitted by the gear train 9, and a centrifugal clutch 11 arranged in a power transmission route between an input section and an output section of the gear train 9 to transmit or block the rotational power. The rotary damper 10 is structured to exert the brake action receiving the rotational power output from the centrifugal clutch 11 in a state that a speed of movement of the door panel 1 exceeds a predetermined speed.
