    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closure that has sufficient watertightness and splash resistance and also realizes smaller weight, cost reduction, and improvement in operation efficiency for aerial installation. SOLUTION: A closure 100 is equipped with a cover 10 constituted by joining an opening/closing cover 11 which is constituted in a foldable state by connecting a plurality of side plates to connection parts, and a base cover 12 which is formed in a box shape, together in a single body by a connection part, and is further equipped with an end surface member. The end surface member normally comes into contact with a cable introduction part to make the whole closure 100 watertight and resistive against splashes. Further, the connection parts are employed to disuse other constitution such as a hinge for smaller weight and lower cost. Still further, even when the cover is opened or closed, the end surface member is left as it is and operations can be carried out without influencing the watertightness nor splash resistance of the end surface member. • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a cable with high stability by moving a moving part by a feeding part, clamping a cable guided to a wheel by a guiding part, and feeding the cable by the rotational driving force of the first driving part. SOLUTION: A spindle 3 fixing a wheel 2 to a base 1 is journalled through a bearing 4. A bevel gear 5 is attached to the spindle 3. A bevel gear 6 engaged with the bevel gear 5 is fixed on the rotating shaft of the first driving part 7. The first driving part is fixed on a mounting jig 8 mounted on the base 1. A bevel gear 10 engaged with the bevel gear 5 is fixed with a shaft 11. A bevel gear 14 is loosely inserted so as to move along the shaft 11, and engaged with a bevel gear 15, and the bevel gear 15 is fixed to the spindle. The spindle is journalled to the moving part through the bearing. A key groove is formed in the shaft 11 and the bevel gear 14 and torque is transferred from the shaft 11 to the bevel gear 14 by means of a key 23. It is thus possible to reduce the possibility that failure occurs in feeding the cable to transfer the cable.
