    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent external fluid from flowing back through a drain pipe and entering a floor drain funnel.SOLUTION: A cylindrical body 21 is screwed and fixed to the upper end part of the drain pipe 17. Inside the cylindrical body 21, a valve seat member 22 comprising an annular part 22a fitted and fixed to the inner periphery of the cylindrical body 21 and a straight part 22b for crossing the center part of the annular part 22a in the radial direction is provided. Inside the cylindrical body 21 on the lower side of the valve seat member 22, a pair of valve bodies 23 and 24 in a semicircular shape are provided so as to be turned between a closed position and an open position. When positioned at the closed position, the pair of valve bodies are in press contact with two parts when the valve seat member 22 is divided into two at the center in the width direction of the straight part 22b respectively and close the inside of the cylindrical body 21.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic water supplier for a drain trap for keeping water sealed in the drain trap for a long period while automatically supplying water by a decrease in the amount of the water sealed in the drain trap due to evaporation.
      SOLUTION: The drain trap (t) consists of a body (a) having a drain pipe (b) erected entering from a bottomed cylindrical bottom portion to the inside and a bowl cap body (c) applied to a suction port of the drain pipe (b) and its vicinity, wherein drain is resides on the bottom portion of the body (a) and a water sealing portion (d) is formed in a flow path. The automatic water supplier which is mounted on the drain trap (t) comprises an air tight water supply tank 1 for fitting and closing an upper opening of the body (a) and a water supply pipe 2 connected to the water supply tank 1 for communicating water in the water supply tank 1 with the water sealing portion (d) in air tight relation. A grip portion 3a serving as a vent pipe 3 for ventilating the inside of the body (a) of the drain trap (t) with the outside thereof is provided passing through the water supply tank 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ladder mounting fixture for a manhole, which is excellent in guiding performance into and out of the manhole by virtue of a handrail frame detachably mounted on an outside of the manhole, holds an upper portion of a ladder hung therefrom into the manhole and rested on the interior of the same, to thereby improve the safety of the worker, and to provide a ladder device for the manhole using the fixture.
      SOLUTION: The ladder mounting fixture for the manhole is formed of a support base 1 detachably mounted on an opening edge frame C of the manhole, the handrail frame 2 detachably or fixedly mounted on the support base on the outside of the manhole, and a ladder support portion 3 mounted on the support base on the inside of the manhole. The ladder device for the manhole is formed of the ladder mounting fixture and the ladder 4 detachably mounted on the ladder support portion. The ladder may be constituted telescopic.
