The exhaustion mechanism 4 includes: an exhaust flow path 43 having an intake port 41 exposed in the isolated space S and an exhaust port 42 exposed outside; a fan 7 for causing the air inside the isolated space S to flow from the intake port 41 to the exhaust port 42 through the exhaust flow path 43; and a filter 44 provided inside the exhaust flow path 43.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioner and an air conditioning system capable of sophisticated temperature/humidity control with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An air conditioner includes: a cold water coil 4 to which cold water for cooling/dehumidification is supplied from a cold source device, and including a cold water control valve; and a hot water coil 6 to which hot water for heating/re-heating is supplied from a heat source device, and including a hot water control valve. The cold water coil is constituted by two cold water coil units 4a water volumes of which can be independently controlled by the cold water control valve, respectively, and arranged in front of the hot water coil in parallel. The cold water coil, the hot water coil, an air fan 14, and a humidifier 15 are incorporated in a casing 11. A temperature/humidity sensor 20 is disposed at a position near an air inlet within the casing. The air conditioner, which is arranged at a position facing an operation room 1, sucks in return air RA and blows out processed supply air SA into the operation room. Outdoor air OA is treated by an outdoor unit 25 and blown out into the operation room.
