A joining portion 23 for joining the branch cylinder element 4 to the main cylinder element 2 is provided on one end of the branch cylinder element 4. The joining portion 23 has a flange 26 having an abutting surface 28 formed along the outer peripheral surface 17 of the aperture hole 10. One end of an auxiliary short pipe 4 is fitted into the clearance groove 3, and the other end of the auxiliary short pipe 4 is extended downward from the lower end face of the upstream leader 1. The upper end of the downstream leader 1 is inserted around the other end of the auxiliary short pipe 4.
