In the initial state of the electrostatic capacitive element for detection C1 or C2, R1 is varied so that the output voltage Vo becomes 0. Then, since the current I1 and I2 become equal, the current I3 becomes 0, and the output voltage Vo of the operation amplifier IC2 becomes 0.
