    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manufacturing method of a liquid jet head which can decrease the number of occurrences of cracks in a piezoelectric body.SOLUTION: A heating process (S5) is performed and followed by a cooling process (S6). In the heating process (S5), atoms of a first layer 81 are rearranged, distortion is removed, and the stress is alleviated. In the cooling process (S6), since the thermal expansion rate of the first layer 81 is larger than that of the piezoelectric body 70, the amount of shrinkage of the first layer 81 caused by the cooling is larger compared to that of the piezoelectric body 70, and a thermal stress caused by the difference in thermal expansion is applied to the piezoelectric body 70. The thermal stress applied to the piezoelectric body 70 acts as a force for compressing the piezoelectric body 70 such that a compressing force is applied to the interface of the piezoelectric body 70 in contact with the first layer 81, thereby reducing the occurrence of cracks from the interface. Consequently, the manufacturing method of an inkjet recording head 1 with excellent crack resistance even if the amount of deformation of the piezoelectric body 70 is increased can be obtained.
