      SOLUTION: The gear components for the timepiece 3 and 4 composing a gear train of the timepiece comprise a shaft 17 supported to insert tenons 173A and 173B formed on the edge in a bearing part 16, a metal 171 provided on the shaft 17, and a gear 170 provided on the shaft 17. Hard carbon film processing is applied on the metal 171 and the tenons 173A and 173B. Therefor, the tenons 173A and 173B and the metal 171 have high wear resistance, and a hard carbon film with a low friction coefficient can be formed, and durability of the tenons 173A and 173B and the metal 171 can be improved. In addition, thereby even when the gear components for the timepiece 3 and 4 are used for a long period, precision of hand operation can be held.
