    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior panel effective for an exterior wall of an outer heat insulation structure, having superior heat insulating performance, allowing easy stone installing finish of high grade, being applied to super-high-rise building without any problem, and being free from restriction on appearance and design.
      SOLUTION: In this exterior panel 1 composing the exterior wall of the building, a stone material 3 as an exterior finishing material is attached to an outer face side of a PC plate 2 as a panel body by an anchor hardware 6, and a heat insulation material 4 is stacked between the PS plate and the stone material. As the anchor hardware, a bolt anchor driven into the exterior finishing material at its tip part and provided with a fixing member screwed on its basic end part, is applied. The water-proof/humidity-proof processing is performed on a clearance between a prepared hole for driving the tip part of the bolt anchor, and the bolt anchor by a sealing material. A dry gasket 7 is placed in a joint between the exterior finishing materials.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seismic-response controlled structure of a structure, and a mounting method for a seismic-response controlled device which can shorten a construction period associated with an improvement in working efficiency.
      SOLUTION: In the structure 3 which is composed of a column 1 and a beam 2 of a precast concrete construction, a stud 4 is constructed in a plane of structure of a rigid frame. The stud 4 is composed of a lower part 5 of the stud, an upper part 6 of the stud, and the seismic-response controlled device 7 for coupling the lower and upper parts 5 and 6 to each other. The upper and lower parts 6 and 5 which are composed of the precast concrete constructions prefabricated in a factory etc., are arranged so as to vertically face each other in a state that the beam 2 is sandwiched between, and fixedly attached to the lower end surface and upper end surface of the beams 2 via a plurality of anchor bolts 8 which pass through the upper and lower parts 6 and 5 and the beam 2. The device 7 is fixed to the lower end surface of the upper part 6 and the upper end surface of the lower part 5 by a fixing means 9 so that the upper and lower parts 6 and 5 can be coupled to each other by the device 7; the stud 4 equipped with a seismic-response controlled function is constructed; and the structure 3 is equipped with the seismic-response controlled structure.
