    • PURPOSE: To prevent the contamination of a finished ice cream with trace of the formerly extracted syrup, by combining a refrigeration chamber, a syrup supplying line, an extractor, a valve, a solenoid valve, and a control means in a manner to exert a specific action.
      CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical bottom guide 110 protruded upward from the base 107 and a cylindrical top guide 111 having slightly larger diameter than the base are used to enable the lowering of loaded supporting tool 74 preventing the rolling of the tool 74. In the above weight-detecting device, the magnet 106 approaches the hall element 108 when the supporting tool 74 is lowered by the weight of the ice cream shake extracted in the cup 73. The syrup-controlling solenoid valves 20A1, 20A2, 20B1, 20B2, 20C1, 20C2, 20D1 and 20D2 and the solenoid 94 are controlled by the output voltage of the hall element 108 responding to the change in the magnetic field between the magnet 106 and the hall element 108. Especially, when the supporting tool 74 is lowered to a predetermined position, the valves are inactivated to stop the extraction operation automatically.

    • PURPOSE: To unnecessitate the additional supplying means to supply the stored liquid to the desired position, by combining a mix tank, a syrup tank, a refrigeration chamber, a mixing chamber, and a compression gas source in a manner to exert a specific action.
      CONSTITUTION: In the case of supplying syrup from the syrup tank 2A to the extractor 4, a syrup solenoid valve 20A1 is opened by the extraction signal, and is closed when the supporting tool 74 passes the first position and lowered to the second position. When the output voltage is generated within a preset standard time interval by the lowering of the supporting tool 74 from the stop position to the first position, another syrup solenoid valve 20A2 is opened during the period passing the supporting tool 74 from the first position to the second position. This is because the amount of the syrup becomes deficient when the time for the lowering of the supporting tool 74 to the first position is short. The actions of the syrup solenoid valves 20A1 and 20A2 are effective to uniformize the amount of syrup in the shake.
