      SOLUTION: The hanger ear 1 includes a hanger bar 2 to be hooked to a trolley wire M, a first ear piece 3 fixedly attached to a lower end part of the hanger bar 2, a second ear piece 4 for holding a trolley line T between the second ear piece 4 and the first ear piece 3, a coupling spring 5 for elastically coupling upper parts of the ear pieces 3 and 4 in such a direction that the upper parts are pressed and contacted to each other, and a wedge pin 6 which is hammered between the ear pieces 3 and 4 in its axial direction. In a state where the trolley line T is sandwiched between both lower parts, when the wedge pin 6 is hammered between the ear pieces 3 and 4, upper parts of the ear pieces 3 and 4 are forcibly separated against a spring force of the coupling spring 5, and the trolley line T is elastically fastened between holding parts 3f and 4f in lower parts.

The spacing between the pair of rollers 3 in the extension wire direction of the messenger wire M is set to the smallest possible one without bringing either of the rollers into contact with the other; the diameter of the annular groove in each of the rollers 3 is set to the largest possible one without interfering with any circumference equipment.

      SOLUTION: The trolley line pieces removal tool 11 has a body 13 stopped at the joint fixture 3 and a threaded rod 14 screwed with the body. The body 13 has a pair of engagement plates 15 in parallel which runs along both side surfaces of an extension line orthogonal direction to the trolley line and a pair of engagement recess portions 15a to which a bolt 8 is fitted. The engagement plates 15 are jointed with an edge plate 16 on one edge side, and the threaded rod 14 is screwed into a threaded hole 18 of the edge plate 16. The front end side of the threaded rod 14 is brought into contact with a cut side edge of the trolley line pieces remaining in the joint fixture 3 and has a tool catch portion 20 for rotation on the other edge portion. The threaded rod 14 is screwed and advanced, thus pressing out the trolley line pieces upwards of a through hole 6.

The engagement members 2, 3 form a substantially reel shape on the whole in their engaged state. The first engagement member 2 has a semi-cylindrical barrel part 6 and a flange piece 7. The semi-cylindrical barrel part 6 has a recess 6a of an arc-shaped section for receiving the hanging wire M. The flange piece 7 is formed on the outer circumference at both ends of the barrel part 6. The second engagement member 3 has a semi-long cylindrical barrel part 8 and a flange piece 9. The semi-long cylindrical barrel part 8 has a recess 8a of a semi-arcuate section which is opposite to the recess 6a of the first engagement member and receives the hanging wire M. The flange piece 9 is formed on the outer circumference at both ends of the barrel part 8. By arranging and fitting any one of the first engagement member 2 and the second engagement member 3 above the hanging wire M, the hanging position of the hanger wire to be wound around the barrel 4 can be vertically changed.
