    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rigid electric traction device for a tunnel, installed in a small space in a narrow tunnel, keeping high current collecting performance without a tension adjuster, and strong.
      SOLUTION: Two or more support members 1 are fixed at spaces from each other on a ceiling T of a tunnel, and a pair of rigid electric traction 2 is supported along the members. A trolley line 3 is held on the rigid electric traction 2. The support member 1 includes an insulator 4 and a support metal fitting 5. The insulator 4 is fixed to a ceiling T at the upper end, and a support bolt 4b is projected from the lower end, to which the support metal fitting 5 is fixed. The support metal fitting 5 includes a fitting part 5a extended horizontally along the ceiling T, and support parts 5b extended from both ends thereof in the opposite directions at right angles in the horizontal direction. The support metal fitting is fixed to the support bolt 4b at the middle of the fitting part 5a, and the rigid electric traction 2 is supported on the lower part of the support part 5b. The rigid electric traction 2 includes: a top plate part 2a and a pair of clamping pieces 2b. Both edges of the top plate part 2a are engaged with the support parts 5b and supported on the support metal fitting 5, thereby holding the trolley line 3 between the paired clamping pieces 2b.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminating device, simply connecting a rigid electric traction to an aerial catenary electric traction and preventing galvanic corrosion to a trolley line.
      SOLUTION: In the terminating device 1 at the terminal end part of the rigid electric traction, a guide plate 2 is fixed between leg pieces G3, G3 of the rigid body G by a fixing bolt 3, and the trolley line T1 is extended from the rigid body G to be guided in the retreat direction. The guide plate 2 is elongated in the extending direction of the rigid body G, and the tip part is bent upward. The bent part 2c of the guide plate 2 is provided with a dripping projecting part 4 for draining rain water projected downward. Holding metal fittings 5 for fixing a pair of clamping plates 6, 6 opposite to each other with the guide plate 1 held between them by a fastening bolt 7 and a nut 8 are fitted to the midway of extension and the tip part of the guide plate 1. The lower end part of the clamping plate 6 is provided with an ear piece 6a bitten in a groove of the trolley line T1. The tip part of the guide plate 2 is provided with a feed ear 9 connected to an adjacent aerial catenary trolley line T2.

      SOLUTION: The protecting metal piece for a trolley cable connection part is provided with a pair of confronting ear pieces 2 and 3 in strip shape having at the bottom edges, triangular teeth 4 and 5 to mesh with triangular grooves in the trolley cables T1 and T2, at the top edges, abutting surfaces 6 and 7, and in the central part, provisionally fastening screw engaging holes 12 and 13 and a plurality of rivet inserting holes 10 and 11. In the condition that the connection part between the trolley cables T1 and T2 is pinched between the two ear pieces 2 and 3, a rivet 15 is set in the inserting holes 10 and 11 in the ear pieces 2 and 3, and in this condition, the ear pieces 2 and 3 are together with the cables T1 and T2, installed between a pair of confronting dies D1 and D2 of a compressor. All rivets 15 are compressed between the two dies simultaneously at a uniform pressure, and the two ends of each rivet 15 are arranged to be flush with the outside surfaces of the ear pieces 2 and 3.
