    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive pattern-formed substrate having a high noise shielding effect, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: The conductive pattern-formed substrate includes: a base material 2; a light-transmissive electrode 6 disposed in an input region 10; wiring 11 connected to the light-transmissive electrode 6 and pulled out to the outside of the input region 10; and a second light-transmissive conductive layer 15. The light-transmissive electrode 6 has conductive fibers 5 and a transparent base body 4 which holds the conductive fibers 5 in a state where the conductive fibers 5 are dispersed therein. The second light-transmissive conductive layer 15 shields electrical noise, which goes to the light-transmissive electrode 6 from the side opposite to the light-transmissive electrode 6 across the second light-transmissive conductive layer 15, in an overlapping region 20 which overlaps the input region 10 when viewed from the thickness direction of the base material 2.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device which is simply manufactured, has a conductive pattern which is less likely to be visible even if a width of an insulation part is large, and has stable electrical characteristics.SOLUTION: An input device of the present invention comprises: an input member 1 including conductive pattern formation substrates 10, 20 comprising insulating substrates 11, 21 and transparent conductive layers 12, 22 which are provided on at least one surface of the insulating substrates 11, 21 respectively and are formed of insulating transparent substrates including inorganic network members having conductivity; and detection means which is electrically connected to the transparent conductive layers 12, 22 and detects input signals. Each of the transparent conductive layers 12, 22 comprises an insulation part which is formed by removing at least one part of the network member by radiating an extremely-short pulse laser beam having a pulse width shorter than 1 picosecond, through light condensing means.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost heat seal connector that is capable of reducing occurence of migration and limiting increase of a resistance value, and allowing both narrower pitch and cost reduction in a conductive circuit.SOLUTION: The connector is used for conductive connection of a plurality of electric/electronic components. In the connector, conductive circuits 2A are formed on a surface of an insulator film layer 1. The conductive circuit 2A is formed by a metallic thin film, and a conductive paste is printed on a connecting portion of the conductive circuit 2A to form a connection terminal 5A in a laminate form. Further, an anisotropic conductive adhesive layer 6 is laminated on at least the connection terminal 5A of the two parts, that is, the conductive circuit 2A and connection terminal 5A. A metallic thin film, having small volume, is laminated on the insulator film layer 1 to form a conductive line 3A, and therefore no migration is caused to occur, and a short-circuit failure or a destruction of system are prevented even if a voltage is applied to the conductive circuit 2A under high humidity or condensation conditions.
