摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lithium battery.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a lithium battery. The lithium battery includes: a positive electrode including an overlithiated lithium transition metal oxide having a layered structure; a negative electrode including a silicon-based negative electrode active material; and an electrolyte interposed between the positive electrode and the negative electrode and including a fluorine-based ether solvent in an amount of 3 vol.% or more based on the total volume of a nonaqueous electrolytic solution. The lithium battery according to one aspect of the present invention uses, as an electrolyte, a fluorine-based ether solvent that can secure oxidation stability in a high-voltage environment, so that a capacity retention rate, charge/discharge characteristics and cycle life can be improved.

SOLUTION: A fuel reforming apparatus includes an oxidation reaction unit 20 in which an oxidation catalyst is formed, a reforming reaction unit 10 in which a reforming catalyst is formed, and an ignition unit 30 for igniting a hydrocarbon-containing fuel and an oxidant and preheating the oxidation catalyst in an early driving stage.
