    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device capable of easily forming an organic light-emitting layer, a surface processing device for an organic light-emitting display device, and the organic light-emitting display device.
      SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an organic light-emitting display device includes a process of forming a first electrode on a substrate, a process of forming a pixel-defining film with an opening so as to expose a designated portion of the first electrode on the first electrode, a process of forming an electric charge transmission layer on the exposed first electrode through the pixel-defining film and the opening, a process of making a surface not corresponding to the opening out of the exposed surface of the electric charge transmission layer hydrophobic by selectively making use of laser light, a process of forming the organic light-emitting layer on the electric charge transmission layer, and a process of forming a second electrode so as to be electrically connected with the organic light-emitting layer.
