SOLUTION: The touch screen panel includes: a transparent substrate partitioned into a display area and a non-display area formed outside the display area; a large number of connection patterns 144 arranged in a first direction on the display area; insulating layers 130 formed in island shape on the connection patterns to expose the ends of the connection patterns; a large number of second sensing cells 142 arranged in the first direction and brought into contact with the exposed ends of the connection patterns so as to be electrically connected to each other; a large number of first sensing cells 122 arranged in a second direction intersecting the first direction on the display area; connection parts 124 formed on the insulating layers of island shape to connect the adjacent first sensing cells to each other; and metal patterns 160 formed in the non-display area and electrically connected to the first and second sensing cells located at the end of the display area. The common electrode patterns and at least one or more black matrix patterns are used as driving electrodes and detecting electrodes of an electrostatic capacitive touch screen panel, respectively.
