    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set, a probe set, a method and a kit each for predicting alcoholysis ability and overnight drunkenness. SOLUTION: The oligonucleotide primer set is provided, being intended for amplifying one or more target sequences selected from the group consisting of acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 2(ALDH2), cytochrome P450 2E1(CYP2E1) and alcohol dehydrogenase 2 (ADH2) genes. The probe set is provided, being specifically hybridizable with one or more target sequences selected from the group consisting of the acetaldehyde dehydrogenase 2(ALDH2), cytochrome P450 2E1(CYP2E1) and alcohol dehydrogenase 2 (ADH2) genes. A microarray is provided, being such as to be immobilized with the probe set. The method for predicting the alcoholysis ability and the overnight drunkenness utilizing the probe set is also provided.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer set capable of specifically amplifying target sequences of ten kinds of bacteria associated with respiratory diseases and a probe oligonucleotide specific for each target sequence of the bacteria and not causing a cross reaction with other nucleic acids. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a target sequence-amplifying primer set comprising an oligonucleotide having a fragment comprising continuous ten or more bases of a specific sequence and length of 10bp to 100bp, and an oligonucleotide having a fragment comprising continuous ten or more bases of another specific sequence and length of 10bp to 100bp, and specific for Bordetella pertussis, Chlamydophila pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Legionella pneumoniae, Moraxella catarrhalis, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, and Streptococcus pneumoniae.
