    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the purity of the recovered liquid carrier and make the print image quality more satisfactorily by receiving the liquid carrier separated from water from a carrier storage tank, mixing it with an inflow concentrated ink to form a liquid developer. SOLUTION: A dry unit 300 absorbs the residual liquid carrier and vaporizes it. A condenser 310 condenses the moisture generated by this carrier and inflow air to liquid carrier and water. A condensation storage tank 320 stores the water and the liquid carrier. A carrier storage tank 400 stores new liquid carrier, and receives and stores the liquid carrier and water from the condensation storage tank 320. A water and carrier separating means mutually separates a liquid carrier C and water W, and delivers them to different passages. A developer mixing tank 700 mixes the liquid carrier carried from the carrier storage tank 400 in the state separated from water with the concentrated ink from an ink storage tank 430 to form a liquid developer, and supplies it to the development apparatus of a developing unit 200.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To separate and utilize carrier from condensed ink supplied through an ink cartridge by providing a carrier tank and a carrier recovery structure so that the carrier may be supplied.
      SOLUTION: Not only the carrier transmitted from a circulating tank 110 through an ink discharge path 151 but also the carrier transmitted from a drying/condesing unit 30 through a carrier recovery path 158 are recovered in a waste ink processing tank 150. The waste ink in the tank 150 is mostly discharged to a filtering means 160 and separated to the carrier and toner by centrifugation. The separated carrier is transmitted to the carrier tank 140 through a carrier replenishing path 165 and used to supplement the consumed carrier. Then, the carrier used for supplement is separated from the condensed ink and consecutively supplied by each refill ink cartridge 133.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink supplying device for a wet type electrophotographic system printing device wherein only a replaceable refill cartridge can be replaced.
      SOLUTION: This ink supplying device incorporates a housing 1 in which an attaching part 10 formed, an ink cartridge 20 provided in the housing 1 for feeding ink to a developing unit 60, a refilling cartridge 30 feeding the ink by the ink cartridge disposed on the fitting part 10 in attachable/detachably, and an ink feeding means 50 for feeding the ink by the ink cartridge from the refilling cartridge 30. In accordance with this ink supplying device, the ink cartridge 20 provided with functional components such as an agitating unit, a dripless valve, a circular opening and the attaching detaching device is fixed to a printer main body, and at the time of ink exhaustion, ink is fed by simply replacing the refilling cartridge 30, therefore a cost for component replacement is reduced.
