SOLUTION: This cooker is provided with an outer case forming an appearance, an inner case arranged inside the outer case to form a cooking chamber, and a steam generator for supplying steam to the inner case, the inner case includes an inner wall and an outer wall wherein the cooking chamber is separated from an outside of the inner case to hold a vacuum condition between the inner wall and the outer wall, heat transfer due to conduction and convection is thereby reduced by a vacuum layer formed between the inner wall and the outer wall, and a sufficient heat insulation effect is obtained even when omitting the heat insulation member.
