    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the rigidity of a bearing of a rotating apparatus and to reduce the leakage of a lubricant of the rotating apparatus.SOLUTION: A rotating apparatus includes a fixed body that includes a shaft, and a shaft holding part to which the shaft is fixed; a rotating body that includes a shaft encircling part having a cylindrical part and a disk part to encircle the shaft, and an intermediate encircling part that encircles the cylindrical part and faces the disk part in a rotating shaft direction through a clearance; a radial dynamic pressure generating groove arranged in one of the surfaces of the cylindrical part and shaft that face each other in a radial direction; a thrust dynamic pressure generating groove arranged in one of the surfaces of the disk part and shaft holding part that face each other in the rotating shaft direction; and a lubricant continuously interposed from a first gas-liquid interface to a second gas-liquid interface between the rotating body and the fixed body.
