    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cooling efficiency of a beverage by lowering manufacturing costs of a cooler of a beverage tank. SOLUTION: A high pressure anti-freeze solution A is introduced into a pipe-shaped cooling jacket 2a and flows fast while an anti-freeze solution B in a jacket box 3 is sucked by a circulation pump 4 to supply the anti-freeze solution B discharged from the circulation pump 4 to the jacket box 3 via mixing nozzles. The anti-freeze solution B in the jacket box 3 is stirred up while being circulated forcibly from the inside of the jacket box 3 to the circulation pump 4 and then, back to the inside of the jacket box 3 to cool the anti- freeze solution B in the jacket box 3 by the anti-freeze solution A. Then, a beer solution C in the body 1 of a tank is cooled by the anti-freeze solution B. At this point, the anti-freeze solution A and the anti-freeze solution B flow so fast that a transferring of heat is accomplished efficiently from the anti-freeze solution A to the anti-freeze solution B. Thus, the heat transfer area increases between the anti-freeze solution B and the beer solution C thereby achieving higher cooling efficiency of the beer solution C.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify construction and shorten a period of construction, by forming a side wall of a tank body by an upper portion of a continuous underground wall constructed by a concrete wall surrounding an underground tank and a water shielding layer made of a thin-walled carbon steel plate as formed on the concrete wall. CONSTITUTION:A water-tight or liquid-tight continuous underground wall 12 is constructed by fixing a water shielding layer 13 made of a thin-walled carbon steel plate on an inner circumferential surface of a concrete wall 12a through an anchor metal 14 or the like. Thus, an underground water (a) existing at a concrete connecting portion 15 and outside the continuous underground wall 12 may be prevented from penetrating into the inside of the wall. After construction of the continuous underground wall 12, soil existing inside the wall is excavated off. Then, an upper portion of the continuous underground wall 12 is utilized for a side wall of a tank body without providing a side wall concrete of the tank body as in the prior art.

    • PURPOSE:To improve performance largely by installing a plurality of elevators and rails in parallel in a car-entering-exiting story and carrying cars through trucks on the rails and the elevators between a car-loading-unloading chamber disposed to the end sections of the rails and a parking story. CONSTITUTION:Sky parking facilities composed of a car-entry-exit story 1 and parking stories 17 with lifting-lowering space 18 and parking racks 19 are mounted. A plurality of automobile elevators 2-4 and a rail 5 for entering and a rail 6 for exiting are set up in parallel with the car-entry-exit story 1. A self-advancing truck 9 for entering and a self-advancing truck 10 for exiting are arranged on the rails 5, 6 respectively while a car unloading chamber 7 and a car loading chamber 8 are installed on the sides of the end sections of the rails 5, 6 respectively. A shifting mechanism 15 such as a belt conveyor is laid at each stall and each device. A car 16 is conveyed through the mechanism 15, the trucks 9, 10, and the elevators 2-4, and entered and exited between the stall 7, 8 and the racks 19. Accordingly, the efficiency of car entering and exiting can be improved up to approximately treble, and an accident, in which the car is held by the conveyor, can be prevented.
