    • PURPOSE:To hold the groove position to the center of a tread to a predetermined position even when lateral vibration is generated in a tire by controlling a horizontal moving stand and a lift stand in reference moving quantity and allowing the corrected moving quantity corresponding to the detection value of a detector to follow the reference moving quantity to correct the moving quantity of a cutter. CONSTITUTION:When a drive motor 61 is driven according to a reference program, a shaft 62 is rotated and a horizontal moving stand 5 is moved by predetermined quantity in a Y-axis direction and, when a correction motor 63 is driven according to a correction program, a shaft 64 is rotated and a follower gear 68 is rotated to move the horizontal moving stand 5 by predetermined quantity for the sake of correction. When the reference quantity moving mechanism part of a lift stand driving apparatus 8 is driven to allow a lift stand 7 to fall in a Z-axis direction and a heated cutter 10 is cut in a tire 3, in such a case that the lateral vibration E2 of the tire 3 is generated and a tread center line is shifted, the moving quantity correction mechanism part of the horizontal moving stand 5 is driven according to the correction program corresponding to the detection value due to a lateral vibration detector 13 and the horizontal moving stand 5 is moved in the Y-axis direction to correct the position of a cutter and the distance L of a groove position from the center of the tire is held.

    • PURPOSE:To make the groove of a tyre product in a predetermined position even if any rolling occurs in the tyre by setting a cutter to the theoretic cutter cutting position, and calculating the correction moving rate of the cutter by a tyre rolling detecting signal, and then actuating the moving rate correcting mechanism of a horizontal moving table on the basis thereof. CONSTITUTION:In a standard actuation operating unit, a standard program is memorized therein, and according to this, the direction of a cutter 10 is set by making it coincide with the cutting direction by means of a motor 11, and then heated, wherein a tyre 3 is rotated, and further the standard rate moving mechanism of a coming up and down table driving mechanism 8 is driven so as to make a coming up and down table 7 descend in the direction of a Z axis, as a result, the cutter 10 cuts in to the tyre 3. In the case where the rolling of the tyre 3 occurs therein and the center of the tread deflects therefrom, the moving rate correcting mechanism of a horizontal moving table 5 is driven through a correction program in accordance with the detected value of a rolling detector 13, and the horizontal moving table 5 is moved in the direction of a Y axis in order to correct the cutter position; thus, the distance is kept at the position of the groove from the center of the tyre. By the process mentioned above, the desired grooving can be performed even if any rolling occurs in the tyre.

    • PURPOSE:To make the groove depth and groove width of a tire constant and to simplify the constitution of a program, by controlling a horizontal moving table and a lift table on the basis of reference moving quantity and allowing the correction moving quantity corresponding to the detection value of a detector to follow the reference moving quantity to correct the moving quantity of a cutter. CONSTITUTION:When a tire 3 is cut up to a predetermined depth (d) from a reference tread surface F according to a reference program, the reference quantity moving mechanism of a horizontal moving table driving apparatus 6 is driven according to the reference program and a horizontal moving table 5 is moved in a Y-axis direction to control the movement of a cutter 10 in a horizontal direction and grooving is performed. A correction program is stored in the memory of a correction operation part on the basis of the vertical vibration of the tire 3. Therefore, when there is vertical vibration E1 by the strain of the treated surface of the tire 3, vertical vibration is detected by a vertical vibration detector 14 and the moving quantity correction mechanism part of a lift table 7 is driven corresponding to the correction value from the correction program based on the detection value and the lift table 7 is raised in a Z-axis direction and the cutter 10 is raised to keep the depth (d) constant.

    • PURPOSE:To prescribe the protruding quantity and width of a cutter and to accurately hold the mount position of the cutter with respect to a cutter holder, by using a jig consisting a jig base for holding the cutter holder and a jig block provided with a cutter receiving groove having the dimension equal to the protruding quantity and width of the cutter. CONSTITUTION:A jig block 5 is mounted to a jig base 1 by the clamp bolt 7 inserted through a bolt hole and a cutter receiving groove 8 having the dimension equal to the predetermined protruding quantity and width of a cutter 10 is provided to the center of the surface of the block. A cutter holder 11 having the cutter 10 preliminarily and temporarily clamped thereto by a cutter clamp 18 is inserted in and held between the guide pieces 2, 3 of the jig base 1 and the cutter 10 is inserted in the cutter receiving groove 8 to bring the under surface of the cutter holder 11 into contact with the surface of the block. Next, the cutter clamp 18 is opened left and right to allow the cutter 10 to coincide with the cutter receiving groove 8 and, in this state, the leg part of the cutter 10 is fixed between the cutter clamp 18 and the cutter holder 11 before the cutter holder 11 is detached from the jig.
