    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent glare proofness in addition to electromagnetic shielding, antistatic and reflection preventing properties by forming transparent reflection preventing layers differed in reflective index on the outer layer and inner layer of a transparent conductive layer containing a prescribed quantity of metal, and a transparent irregular layer on the outermost layer thereof. SOLUTION: This laminated film 10 is formed by laminating a transparent conductive layer 1 containing 10wt.% or more of metal, for example, on the front surface of the face panel B of a cathode-ray tube, a reflection preventing layer 2 having a reflection index differed from the layer 1 on the outer layer thereof, and a transparent irregular layer 3 on the outermost layer. The layer 1 may be formed on the inner layer of the layer 1, or the inner layer and outer layer thereof. Electrification prevention and shielding of electromagnetic wave from a cathode-ray tube are attained by the conductive layer 1. The layer 1 preferably contains silver, whereby the transparency is enhanced. Interlayer reflection is prevented by the layer 2 having a proper thickness mainly composed of SiO2 having a refractive index differed from the layer 1 to improve the visual confirmability and color rendering property of a transmitted image. The directly reflected light of an external light is scattered by the layer 3 to reduce gloss, and glare proofness is imparted.
