摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase transparency, enhance electromagnetic wave shielding effect and a charge preventing effect, achieve a natural hue of a transparent image picture with high degree of clearness and improve salt water resistance and scratch strength by applying a coating containing at least platinum-group metallic particles having an average particle diameter of a specific value or lower, and including a specific weight per percent of the platinum metal to a screen of a display, so as to form a transparent conductive film. SOLUTION: A solution having platinum-group metallic particles dispersed in a colloidal state is applied to the screen of a display, thereby forming a transparent conductive film having a uniform thickness. In this case, the particles of platinum-group metal such as ruthenium, palladium, platinum, rhodium, iridium, osmium or the like is used as the metallic particles. The transparent conductive film containing 10 wt.% or more of the platinum metal is formed on the screen with the application of a coating, containing at least the platinum- group metallic particles having an average particle diameter of 50 nm or less. Inclusion of silica particles enhances the film strength. Lamination of one or more transparent conductive films, each having a different refractive index can yield low reflection.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve anti-static effect, electromagnetic shielding effect, salt water resistance and scratch resistance by coating a display surface with the coating, which includes platinum group metal fine grains having a specified mean grain diameter, and after drying it, burning it at a temperature within a specified range so as to form a transparent conductive layer, in which a part of the platinum group metal is converted to the platinum group metal oxide. SOLUTION: Ruthenium agveous sol, which includes fine grains of platinum group metal having a mean particle size of 50 nm or less, and isopropyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol are mixed. This mixture liquid is dispersed for adjustment by an ultrasonic dispersing device so as to obtain the transparent conductive film coating, by applying this coating on a display surface of a cathode-ray tube, and dried, and thereafter, the transparent thin film coating is further coated. This cathode-ray tube is put in a dryer, and burned at 300-1000 deg.C so as to expose a part or all of the platinum group metal, and a low-reflection transparent conductive film is thereby formed. High conductivity is thereby obtained, and charge preventing effect and electromagnetic shielding effect are improved, and transparency and durability are improved.

SOLUTION: This laminated film 10 is formed by laminating a transparent conductive layer 1 containing 10wt.% or more of metal, for example, on the front surface of the face panel B of a cathode-ray tube, a reflection preventing layer 2 having a reflection index differed from the layer 1 on the outer layer thereof, and a transparent irregular layer 3 on the outermost layer. The layer 1 may be formed on the inner layer of the layer 1, or the inner layer and outer layer thereof. Electrification prevention and shielding of electromagnetic wave from a cathode-ray tube are attained by the conductive layer 1. The layer 1 preferably contains silver, whereby the transparency is enhanced. Interlayer reflection is prevented by the layer 2 having a proper thickness mainly composed of SiO2 having a refractive index differed from the layer 1 to improve the visual confirmability and color rendering property of a transmitted image. The directly reflected light of an external light is scattered by the layer 3 to reduce gloss, and glare proofness is imparted.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent conductive film which is high transparency, excellent in shielding property against electromagnetic waves and antistatic effect, and little in absorption of light at a specified wavelength, the which gives a transmitted image with controlled hue, by forming a transparent metal thin film having the hue controlled by energy irradiation. SOLUTION: This transparent conductive film 10 is formed on the surface of a face panel 3 of a cathode ray tube and is produced by successively depositing, from the face panel 3 side (from the lower side), a transparent metal thin film 1 and a transparent antireflection layer 2. The transparent metal thin film 1 contains a metal, preferably silver by >=10wt.%. The hue of the transparent metal thin film 1 is controlled by irradiation with energy rays such as UV rays or IR rays. The refractive index of the antireflection layer 2 is controlled to be different from that of the transparent metal thin film 1. Since the transparent conductive thin film 1 contains a metal (silver) by >10wt.%, it is transparent and conductive and has both of antistatic property and shielding property against electromagnetic waves.
