摘要： PURPOSE:To make easier the adjusting work for the length of chord by using a system in which vibro-hammers are provided synchronously at three places on the center and both sides of the upside of a steel base ring for plane and almost circular arc cell, and also a rotator or slider is provided to the face of the base ring. CONSTITUTION:Well-known vibro-hammers 11a, 11b, and 11c are attached to the three places, or center and both sides, of the upside of a plane and nearly circular steel base ring 10 constituting part of an arc cell. Also, the vibrating shafts of the vibro-hammers 11a, 11b, and 11c are connected with one another in an interlocking manner through universal joints 12a and 12b in such a way as to enable the vibro-hammers 11a, 11b, and 11c to be synchronously operated and also chucks 13a and 13c on both ends to be directed through a rotator 14 provided between the chucks 13a and 13c and the base ring 10. Also, the chuck 13b is moved toward the radial direction of the base ring 10 through a slider 15 provided between the chuck 13b at the center and the base ring 10.

CONSTITUTION:Reinforcement such as steel materials 10a or an air tube 9 is mounted inside a steel sheet cell (A) and is loaded on floats 1 sideways. The respectively floats 1 are connected to each other and are transported on the sea by a towing boat. As a result, a great number of the steel sheet cells can be transported simultaneously while preventing their buckling. After the steel sheet cells (A) are transported up to their installation place, they are also transported up to their predetermined place by hanging up them by means of a crane and are driven in after removing deformation preventive materials such as the air tube 9, a reinforcement frame work, etc.

摘要： PURPOSE:To drive steel plate cell easily and quickly by applying vertical vibration to gripping portions of steel plate cell of which upper edge is gripped by equally spaced chucks at the gripping portions so as to be vibrated fully synchronously to one another. CONSTITUTION:Driving apparatus 11 is first suspended via suspension beam 12 and ropes 14 by crane hook 16' of crane ship 15, and integrally prefabricated steel plate cell 2 is connected to the apparatus 11 through a plurality of hydraulic chucks 3 by which upper edge of cell 2 is gripped at equally spaced gripping portions. Crame ship 15 is then towed to a place where cell 2 is to be set up, and by operating control board on motor ship 4, vibrators 7, 7 are simultaneously operated so as to drive cell 2 in the while attitude measurement and control thereof for cell 2 are being ascertained. In this case, since synchronized vibration of vibrators 7, 7 are transmitted via an annular intermediate member 1 to hydraulic chucks 3, cell 2 is appied with uniform vibratory foce all over its upper edge. Accordingly, cell 2 is driven rapidly in good balancing condition.

Vibration force 3 is imparted to the chucks 7 of the cell 2 completely synchronously with each other to thereby lay the cell 2. In this method some of the chucks 7 are suitably released at the inclined side of the cell 2 to thereby correct the inclination of the cell 2 by reducing the vibration force 3 at the inclined side of the cell 2.

Thus, a galvanic anode 10 is produced by easy casting work and mass production is enabled.

With the casting of the concrete, a foundation 6 is built. Thereafter, the guide frame is with-drawn to remove.

Water and the air in the cylinder body 2 and the steel plate cell 3 are exhausted through a hose 5, the interior of the cylinder body 2 is brought to a negative pressure state, and when the top cover 1 slides downward, the steel plate cell 3, simultaneously, is pressed in a sea bottom ground 21. After the steel plate cell 3 is sunk by press-in into the ground 21 for installation, movement of the cylinder body 2 causes completion of a sinking work of the steel plate cell 3. This enables the steel plate cell 3 to be easily sunk in the sea bottom ground 21 for installation through the utilization of the force of the top cover part 1 produced during downward movement.
