摘要： PURPOSE:To carry out a rust-proofing treatment of a terminal with a double protective material preliminarily when anchoring a PC steel material terminal in an excavated hole on a bedrock and thereby facilitate work and reduce cost. CONSTITUTION:An inner member 6, which comprises a same-sized polyethylene hose with a PC steel material, is installed double into a polyethylene-made protective material preliminarily where a rust-proofing material 7 is filled between the protective material 5 and the inner member 6. This double protective material is cut by a specified length and used. The PC material is inserted from one side while the inner member 6 is pulled from the opposite side. The rust-proofing material 7-included protective material 5 is placed on the terminal of the PC material, thereby carrying out a rust-proofing treatment.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing tool for a PC cable allowing the inserting work and the stretching/fixing work of the PC cable and the grout injecting work simply and safely. SOLUTION: This fixing tool is provided with a tapered male cone 40 holding the PC cable, a female cone 50 having an insertion hole matched with the outer shape of the male cone 40, and a buried member 30 buried in concrete to transfer the fixing load of the PC cable to the concrete. A pair of cylinder sections 31 are crossed into a nearly X-shape to integrally form the buried member 30. Each cylinder section 31 has a storage section 51 of the male cone 40 on one end side and a fitting port 33 of a sheath 70 on the other end side. A grout cap 60 can be fitted to the opening of the cylinder section 31 by screwing.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enhance a corrosion-proofing performance by painting a terminal of a PC material with synthetic resin and mounting a synthetic resin-made reticulate body to the outer periphery of the steel material by way of a spacer and protecting a coated film from being damaged. CONSTITUTION:An anchorage unit 3 of a PC steel material 1 is pained with synthetic resin while a spacer 2 is mounted to the outer periphery at an identical spacing. Then, a synthetic resin-made reticulate cylindrical body 4 is mounted to and fixed with the outer periphery of the spacer 2. In case when the anchorage unit 3 is processed and inserted into an excavated hole, the coated film is protected from damage since the cylindrical body 4 prevents the steel material from coming into direct contact with a ground surface or an excavated hole surface. Furthermore, even when an acute part of equipment, such as a boring machine hits against the cylindrical body 4, the cylindrical body 4 is deformed between the spaces 2, thereby preventing contact with the coated film. The anchorage unit 3 after grout is injected, is protected from cracks since the cylindrical body 4 acts as a reinforcing bar. This construction makes it possible to protect the coated film from damage during construction, and what is more, prevent the penetration of water from the cracks.

Rust proofing is ensured by both water cutoff portions.

A groove for introducing the tendon is formed on these lower faces, and introduction of the tension force and push-in of the wedge are performed in the state that the tendon is stored in the groove.
