The guide is preferred to comprises a through hole 15 of the spiral reinforcement and a semi-circular channel 16 so as to coaxially hold both the spiral reinforcement 20 and the rib cast anchor 11.

SOLUTION: A resin covered layer of an epoxy resin or polyethylene resin is formed on the surface of a PC steel stranded wire 21a (21) to grant high anticorrosiveness and high adhesiveness to cement grout to the stranded wire 21a itself. A polyethylene sheath 25 of predetermined inner diameter is provided on the outer periphery of the stranded wire 21b (21) on which the resin covered layer is formed, to ensure free elongation at a free length portion.

Accordingly, a pocket for stretching operation may not be formed in the succeeding placing division, thus improving workability.

When electric charge is removed, the wedges 2 are pulled out of the taper hole 5 by re-tension of the PC steel 3, and support bars 13 are interposed between the wedge receiver 1 and the holding ring 4 integrally formed with the wedges, and are held so that the wedges 2 are not returned to the taper hole 5, and when tension is removed, elongation of the PC steel is restored, and tensile force is removed.
