摘要： PURPOSE:To specify the existence position of a facility inspecting person by arranging guide line loop antennas so that an AC magnetic field generated from a transmitter terminal is chained with only a guide line loop antenna set up inthe existence area of the inspector and induces voltage. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic field H generated from the transmitter terminal 4 is chained only with the guide line loop antenna 3 set up in the existence area of the inspector due to its locality and induces voltage in the antenna 3. The induced voltage signal is guided up to a central control unit 6 when an antennna controller 8 receives a poling signal, so that the device 6 can observe the induced voltage generated in each antenna 3. Thus, the central control unit 6 discriminates the antenna 3 from which voltage is induced and specifies the equipped area of the antenna 3 as the existence area of the inspector.

Thus, a polarized wave converter, an input waveguide and a waveguide-strip line converter are not required entirely.

The driver 41 in the transmitter 4 drives an antenna 42 by frequency (f) less than the cut-off frequency f0 to generate an AC magnetic field H from the antenna 42. The magnetic field H intersects with only the existing area of the entering person and induces voltage, so that the CCU 6 can specify the area as the existing area of the person.

Coaxial connectors constituting feeding points 5 and 6 are provided between antenna plates 3 and 4 and the earth plate 1 symmetrically with respect to the short-circuit plate 2. Thus, a prescribed directional pattern is easily obtained and the whole of this dual beam antenna is miniaturized.
