    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the strength of adhesion by welding to a blade tip part by providing a wear resistant material fixed to the tip part of a screw conveyor blade as a cemented carbide wear resistant material in which a wear resistant layer having a small metallic coupling phase amount in a sintered hard alloy and a weldable layer having a large metallic coupling phase amount are integrally sintered and joined together. SOLUTION: In screw conveyor suitably used for a decanter type centrifugal separator, in a screw conveyor blade in which a wear resistant material 12 is adhered to its tip part 3, for the wear resistant material 1, a portion of the action surface 5 of an article moving side is made to be a cemented carbide type wear resistant layer 1a having a metallic coupling phase amount of 2 to 10% by weight. A portion of its back side is made to be a cemented carbide type weldable layer 1b having a metallic coupling phase amount of 15 to 40% by weight. These two layers are integrally joined together by direct sintering joining and/or indirect joining via middle layer 1c provided between the two layers and in the cemented carbide type weldable layer 1b, the layers are adhered to the tip part 3 of the screw conveyor blade helically and in series by direct welding.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrosintering method intended to prevent formation of a deteriorated layer in the surface layer part of a sintered compact through obviating or reducing microdischarge and to produce the sintered compact with uniform texture and properties through obviating or reducing a nonuniformity in temperature distribution for the power material in the electrosintering operation. SOLUTION: In this electrosintering method comprises charging a molding die with a powder material, compressing the material with a punch to make a green compact, and applying voltage via the punch to the green compact to accomplish electrosintering to obtain the sintered compact, electric current is allowed to low by interposing a semiconductive layer consisting of a heat- resistant electroconductive material and a heat-resistant electrical insulation material along the interface where the powder material is in contact with the molding die and/or punch.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming die for electric sintering for manufacturing a prismatic sintered body in which the stable attached condition can be obtained in a punch, the forming die, etc., and the energization and heat transfer are uniform, and the uniform sintering can be achieved. SOLUTION: In a forming die 1 for electric sintering having a hollow portion 6 of prismatic section to charge a powder material, the forming die 1 comprises an outer frame 2 and a forming die 3 to be inserted in an opening part 5 of circular section which pierces the outer frame 2 in the vertical direction and is tapered from an upper part to a lower part, the forming die 3 comprises split dies 4 of the same number as the corner number of the hollow portion 6 of the prismatic section, each split die 4 of the sectional shape that one end arch-like portion comprising an arc-like portion and a chord-like portion 8 is notched, and the hollow portion 6 of prismatic section is formed at the chord- like portion 8 by inserting and connecting each split die 4 in the opening part 5 of the outer frame 2 in the horizontal section in the same direction clockwise or counterclockwise.

SOLUTION: In a transfer screw suitably used for a decanter type centrifugal separator, in a transfer screw blade 3 in which a wear resistant material 7 is fixed to the tip surface 4 of thereof, the wear resistant material 7 is fixed by using a cemented carbide type wear resistant layer 7a having a metallic coupling phase amount of 2 to 105 by weight laminated in a direction vertical to a plate-like bottom surface and a cemented carbide type weldable later 7b having a metallic coupling phase amount of 15 to 40% by weight and joining these two layers by direct sintered joining and/or indirect joining via a middle layer 7c provided between the two layers. In the weldable cemented carbide type weldable layer 7b, the layers are adhered to the tip surface 4 of the transfer screw blade 3 in series by direct welding.
