摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a spherical aberration compensated lens, an astigmatism corrected lens, or a multifocal lens, etc., despite that a curved surface which can be used as a molding having a refractive index gradient easily formed in an area of size applicable to a spectacle lens and a plastic lens for spectacles is in a uniform spherical shape. CONSTITUTION:The lens preliminary molding 8 of a polymer Pa with a refractive index Na is formed by using a 1st mold. A 2nd mold 6 and the preliminary molding 8 are arranged so that a space 9 is formed between the surface 10 of at least a part of the preliminary molding 8 and the 2nd mold 6 opposed to it. A monomer Mb which can produce a polymer Pb with a refractive index Nb different from the refractive index Na is filled in the space, the monomer Mb in the space part 9 is diffused and infiltrated into the molding 8, and the monomer Mb is polymerized thereafter or at the same time.

摘要： PURPOSE:To easily obtain the titled plate constituted of a part having a high haze ratio and a part having a low haze ratio, by projecting an ultra violet ray to a composition contg. two or more kinds of monomers or oligomers which have a different refractive ratio respectively and are capable of photopolymerizing, through a mask. CONSTITUTION:The composition which contains at least two kinds of the photocopolymerizable monomers or oligomers and has the different refractive index, is applied on a substrate together with a photopolymerization initiator or is enclosed in a cell. The ultra violet ray is projected on the obtd. composition through the photomask at a 1st time to cure said composition, and then, the ultra violet ray is projected on the obtd. composition without the photomask at a 2nd time by a method different from that at the 1st time to cure an uncured part of said composition. Among the two different methods for projecting the ultra violet ray, one of them is the method for obtaining the part having the high haze ratio and another of them is the method for obtaining the part having the low haze ratio or no haze. Thus, the patterned plate which is constituted of the part having the high haze ratio and the part having the low haze ratio (or a transparent part), is easily obtd.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a desired light control plate without hindering the curing a resin compsn. by installing a UV resistant transparent layer or substrate on the surface opposite to the surface to be irradiated with UV rays without adding a UV absorbent, etc., to the resin compsn. CONSTITUTION:The resin compsn. 3 consisting of a mixture composed of photopolymerizable monomers or oligomers having a difference in respective refractive indices is held or coated on the colorless or chromatic UV resistant transparent layer or substrate 2 to form a film-like body. Light is projected by a UV lamp 1 to the photopolymerizable resin compsn. 3 from the surface opposite to the surface on which the UV resistant transparent layer or substrate 2 is installed to cure said resin compsn. Since there is no need for adding the UV absorbent, etc., to said compsn., the curing is not hindered. The light control plate which selectively scatters only the incident light from the range of the prescribed angle with a film and transmits the incident light of angles except said angle is thereby obtd.

The various regions different in the scattering angle range are thereby provided to the film-like body.

The parts which have the plural shapes and are different in the light control direction and angle are thereby superposedly formed on a sheet of the substrate.

Surface layers of surfaces where small lenses are formed on the plate lens have almost the same refractive index as semispherical areas 2. That is, these surface layers are uniformly constituted of a polymer having the same constitution as semispherical areas 2. Thus, this plate lens is convenient for the combinational use with another lens because the lens surface of this plate lens is flat, and the lens is easily subjected to various optical treatments.
