摘要： PURPOSE:To minimize the delay of pushing in a coke oven, by sending an instruction for emergency stop from a plurality of checkpoints according to the speed when the entry into a winding column wash inhibited in order to prevent collision. CONSTITUTION:Whether or not the entry is permitted is judged by a ground station 13 according to the state of a winding column. Only when the entry is permitted, and instruction for travel is output to a station 14 mounted on a fire-quenching car so that a bucket car or a fire-quenching car 3 is travelled towards the cooling column. The bucket car is passed through a first checkpoint F1. At that time, when the winding machine is out of order and a signal for inhibiting the entry has been input into the ground station 13, the actual speed is compared with the specified speed. When the actual seed is higher than the specified speed, a signal for emergency stop is output into the station 14 mounted on the fire-quenching car to stop the bucket car. When the entry is inhibited at a second checkpoint F2, a signal for emergency stop is output into the station 14 mounted on the car to stop the bucket even when the actual speed is lower than the specified speed.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the overflow of coke in a cooling column and, at the same time, to continuously conduct safety operation, by detecting the amt. of the stock in a prechamber of dry fire-quenching equipment and instructing the switching to wet fire quenching when the amt. of the stock reaches the maximum value. CONSTITUTION:A stock sensor 19 mounted on a prechamber 1-4 located at the upper portion within a cooling column 1-1 is set so that the overflow of coke does not occur even when the cooling column is charged with a bucket of red-hot coke after the level of the coke has reached the upper limit position. Based on the information on the upper limit level detected by the sensor 19, and instruction for startup is sent from a ground station 13 to a station 14 mounted on a fire-quenching car, and the compressor of the fire-quenching car is put into operation. After the level of coke reaches at the maximum value, a further bucket of red-hot coke is put into the cooling column, and a sequencer sends to the ground station an instruction for switching of fire-quenching car, followed by stopping of the automatic operation schedule. The amt. of the stock of the cooling column 1-1 and the discharging rate are calculated in the ground station 13, and a signal for switching from the fire quenching car to a bucket car is sent when it has been judged that the coke is put into the cooling column and the pushing schedule can be continued.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of delay of pushing work and collision derived from automatic operation, by automatically operating a bucket car and a fire-quenching car based on a pushing schedule and, at the same time, automating the switching operation of both cars. CONSTITUTION:A startup instruction is sent from a ground station 13 to a fire- quenching car on a schedule of switching between a bucket car and a fire-quenching car, and the bucket car 3 is travelled to an intended oven based on the giving and receiving of signals between the ground station 13 and a station 14 mounted on the fire-quenching car to receive coke. The bucket car is then travelled to dry fire- quenching equipment 1. During the travelling of the bucket car, an instruction for travelling to an oven which is subsequently scheduled to be pushed is sent to a first fire-quenching car 4-1 being stopped at a predetermined position of a first fire- quenching tower 2-1, so that the bucket car 3 and the fire-quenching car 4-1 are simultaneously operated. The bucket of the bucket car 3 is delivered to the cooling tower. The fire-quenching car 4-1 is travelled based on a basic travel pattern, receives coke and is returned to the fire-quenching tower 2-1, where quenching is conducted by water spray. Thereafter, the fire-quenching car 4-1 is travelled to a first coke wharf 7-1 to deliver the cooled coke and then travelled to the next intended oven.

CONSTITUTION:When a coke guide 7 and a quenching car 14 stop at prescribed positions of a coke oven and the preparation for coke pushing is complete, a pushing schedule 1-1 and a riser temperature signal 1-2 measured with a riser thermometer 13 are put into a combustion controlling CPU:1 to judge the finished state of coal carbonization. A signal 2-1 indicating the finished state of coal carbonization is put into a coke oven automation CPU:2, which determines the air flow for dust collection based on the degree of coking/amount of emitted dust curve stored as its internal data 2-3. On the other hand, a pushing rack position signal 2-2 determined with a pushing rack position detector 15 is put into the CPU:2, which controls so that a dust collecting blower 4 is operated at the rated air flow immediately after the start of pushing, then at a reduced suction air flow during pushing until a time just before the completion of pushing, and thereafter at the rated air flow.
