    • PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of signal due to phase rotation by adjusting a signal while applying Fourier transformation to the signal into a frequency axis so as to attain minute adjustment. CONSTITUTION:A signal is extracted by an optional time length each at each optional time interval from a memory 4. A signal multiplied with a window coefficient by a multiplier 5 is applied to a Fourier transforming circuit 6. The time axis of the signal is transformed into the frequency axis. The phase corresponding to the amount of shift in a memory 3 is adjusted by a multiplier 7. The signal transformed into the frequency axis by Fourier transformation is stored to each memory address at each prescribed frequency band by a processing circuit 8 and intensified or attenuated optionally. The signal subjected to phase adjustment by the multiplier 9 is fed to an inverse Fourier transformation circuit 10. Thus, the frequency axis of the signal is transformed into the time axis. The signal multiplied with the window coefficient by a multiplier 11 is stored in a buffer memory 12.
