摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain an expandable powder coating material which can give a coating film excellent in adhesion to a metallic or resin surface and excellent in heat insulation properties, cushioning properties and heat resistance by using a hydroxylated thermoplastic resin, a normally solid polyisocyanate compound and a chemical blowing agent as essential components. CONSTITUTION:This expandable powder coating material is prepared by mixing a hydroxylated thermoplastic resin (e.g., partial saponificate of an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer) or a mixed thermoplastic resin thereof containing at most 50wt.%, desirably, at most 40wt.% other resins with a crosslinking agent comprising a normally solid polyisocyanate (e.g., diphenylmethane diisocyanate blocked with epsilon-caprolactam) or comprising this polyisocyanate and an organic peroxide and a chemical blowing agent (e.g., azodicarbonamide). The amount of the cross-linking agent is such that the equivalent ratio (NCO/OH) is 1 or below, desirably, 0.03-0.8, and the amount of the organic peroxide is 0.5-7.0 pts.wt., desirably, 1.0-4.0 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. resin.

CONSTITUTION:The inner or the outer surface of a box made of a metal or resin is covered with a resin foamed substance. The foamed substance comprises thermoplastic resin containing a hydroxyl group or mixture thermoplastic containing the thermoplastic resin as a main component, a polyisocyanate compound showing a solid state at a room temperature or a crosslinker consisting of the polyisocyanate compound and an organic peroxide, and a chemical foaming agent. Powder painting is made on the inner or the outer surface of a box by using the foamable powder paint to form a title box.

摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a transport pipe for a refrigerant and a heating medium, which is excellent in heat insulating property by forming foaming body by thermoplastic resin containing a hydroxyl group, a cross inking agent composed of polyisocyanate compound or the like and a foaming powder coating material on the surface of a metallic pipe. CONSTITUTION:The above fluid transport pipe is made by forming a resin foaming body on the outer surface of a metallic pipe. The resin foaming body is formed by powder-coating of foaming powder coating material composed of thermoplastic resin containing a hydroxyl group such as polyvinyl alcohol, ethylene vinyl acetate, or the like or mixed thermoplastic resin containing the above thermoplastic resin as a principal component. A cross linking agent such as polyisocyanate compound which is solid at an ordinary temperature or the above compound and organic peroxide and chemical foaming agent. Accordingly, adhesion to the metal surface is excellent and heat insulating property is excellent so as to be suitable for transporting a refrigerant and a heating medium.

Therefore, if the polymeric material layers 1-n different in properties are used, the polymer sheet M having a plurality of parts different in properties can be constituted.

Angles of the orientations of the fibers in the uppermost and lowermost layers are set to be different from each other by 90deg. Then, thus formed self-curling thermoplastic resin sheet is former into a reed valve shape so as to obtain a desired valve plate.

Power is supplied to a lead wire 22 through a brush 26 to heat the whole of conductive particles.

摘要： PURPOSE:To joint simply, speedy and strongly plastic molding each other, a plastic molding with a conductive part material or a plastic molding with a conductive and an insulative part materials by melting and pressing them by utilizing the heat generated by electric resistance. CONSTITUTION:It is required that the part of a plastic molding to be jointed at least consists of a conductive thermoplastic resin whose volume inherent resistance is smaller than 1,000OMEGA/cm. For example, to joint plastic moldings each other, an electric voltage is impressed through conductive wires 2, 2' on two plates of the conductive thermoplastic resin 1, 1' to send an electric current to them. The preferable electric voltage to be impressed and the electric current in this case are 50-120V and 500-1,200Angstrom respectively. As the contacted surfaces generate heat by this conducting treatment and the thermoplastic resin melts, both plates are pressed and then cooled after good adhesion to obtain a strong joint.
