摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elimibate the need for the use of a bonding agent and the guarantee a high degree of dimensional accuracy by a method, wherein a coil former is welded to a core using a plastic surplus part in an inductance element wherein a core, consisting of ferromagnetic material and the coil former to be used to wind a winding, are formed into a unit. SOLUTION: A core 1, provided with a coil former 7, is passed through the flange 4 on the supporting substrate 2 and the through-hole 3 of the core, or passing thorough a core window, or depending on circumstances, the core 1 is set in such a manner that it protrudes from the through-hole 3, provided with a nose-shaped protrusion 5 and facing opposite to the supporting substrate 2, or protruding from the end face of the core window. Then, the protruding end of the flange 4 is heated by a heating rod, for example, the thermoplastic plastic is softened or fused. Accordingly, the protruding end of the flange 4 is expanded in the through-hole 3 or on the end face of the core window, and a fixing head part 6 is formed. In addition, the core 1 is positively fixed to the supporting substrate 2 by softening the plastic, and an inductance element is formed.
