    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To elimibate the need for the use of a bonding agent and the guarantee a high degree of dimensional accuracy by a method, wherein a coil former is welded to a core using a plastic surplus part in an inductance element wherein a core, consisting of ferromagnetic material and the coil former to be used to wind a winding, are formed into a unit. SOLUTION: A core 1, provided with a coil former 7, is passed through the flange 4 on the supporting substrate 2 and the through-hole 3 of the core, or passing thorough a core window, or depending on circumstances, the core 1 is set in such a manner that it protrudes from the through-hole 3, provided with a nose-shaped protrusion 5 and facing opposite to the supporting substrate 2, or protruding from the end face of the core window. Then, the protruding end of the flange 4 is heated by a heating rod, for example, the thermoplastic plastic is softened or fused. Accordingly, the protruding end of the flange 4 is expanded in the through-hole 3 or on the end face of the core window, and a fixing head part 6 is formed. In addition, the core 1 is positively fixed to the supporting substrate 2 by softening the plastic, and an inductance element is formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the piling of remained slag of an enamel onto a contacting pin and to improve a brazing-joinability of the pin at the time of assembling onto a printed circuit by overflowing molten brazing filler metal in a hrazing bath tub before drawing up the contacting pin after completing the hrazing to clean the bath surface, at the time of automatically clip-brazing the copper enamel wire wound on the contacting pin of an electric device. SOLUTION: A brazing apparatus has a structure arranging the brazing bath tub 5 for dipping the contacting pins of the electric device 6 having the copper enamel coils 8 at the upper part of a fixed type heating brazing bath vessel 1, providing a dipping body 9 moving in the vertical direction and connecting a brazing storing vessel 3 which is communicated with the heating brazing bath vessel 1, with pipes 4. At the time of brazing, the contacting pins 7 are dipped into the brazing bath tub 5, and after brazing the coils 8, a dipping body 9 is worked and the brazing filler metal 2 in the hrazing storing vessel 3 is fed into the brazing bath tub 5 through the pipes 4. The molten brazing filler metal in the brazing bath tub 5 is overflowed, and after removing the remained slag of the enamel from the bath surface, the contacting pins 7 are drawn up.
