    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a cable tension detecting device used for detecting the tension of an optical fiber cable, etc., usable even in a small manhole and, at the same time, to make the device easily mountable by forming the cable connecting section of the detector so that it cannot be caught by inserting metal fittings when the section is passed through the parts and reducing the total length of the device. SOLUTION: When a pressing bolt 27 is screwed in an insert holding section, pressing metal fittings 24 receive an upward vertical force through a see-saw member 25 and are fixed to the inner peripheral surface of a conduit 22 in a state where the member 25 is pressed against the inner peripheral surface and, at the same time, upper inserting metal fittings 17 are concentrically fixed and held in the conduit 22. Because of the pressing force of the bolt 27, the whole bodies of upper and lower inserting metallic parts are strongly pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the conduit 22 and firmly attached and fixed to the inner peripheral surface by a downward vertical force. In addition, the front end section of the lower inserting metal fittings 19 is bent outward along the mouth of the conduit 22 and formed in a notched shape having no projecting section protruded toward the center of a manhole. Therefore, the total length of a cable tension detecting device is reduced and the tension detecting section of the device is brought nearer to the mouth of the conduit 22.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a remote controller for controlling controlled systems by comparing preset displacing speed with respective values of displacing speed calculated by inputting the output signals of displaced amount detectors, and providing a controller for respectively outputting control signals corresponding to these compared values to a reverse controller. CONSTITUTION: A remote controller 6 is composed of controlls systems A and B respectively arranged at two distant spots, manipulated variable detectors 1A and 1B, displaced amount detectors 2A and 2B, reverse controllers 3A and 3B, and controller 4. A manipulated variable FA is exerted upon the controlled system A, and a reverse manipulated variable is exerted upon manipulated variables FA and FB at speed corresponding to the displacing speed set by difference FA-FB from the manipulated variable FB exerted upon the other distant controlled system B so that the respective controlled systems A and B can be independently controlled. The manipulated variables FA and FB are respectively independently exerted upon the controlled systems A and B but displaced amounts xA and xB of these controlled systems A and B are respectively detected by the displaced amount detectors 2A and 2B and corresponding to these displaced amounts, the manipulated variables can be adjusted. In this case, the displaced amounts are displayed on display devices 5A and 5B.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a remote controller with which respective controlled systems can be controlled by providing a controller for inputting the respective output signals of a manipulated variable detector and respectively operating a reverse manipulated variable corresponding to these input signals upon a reverse controller. CONSTITUTION: This remote controller 6 is composed of controlled systems A and B respectively arranged at two separated spots, manipulated variable detectors 1A and 1B, displayed quantity detectors 2A and 2B, reverse controllers 3A and 3B and controller 4. Then, a manipulated variable FA is exerted upon the controlled system A, the reverse manipulated variable corresponding to a manipulated variable FB to be exerted upon the other separated controlled system B is exerted upon the manipulated variable FA and the similar operation is performed to the controlled system B as well so that the respective controlled systems A and B can be independently operated. The manipulated variables FA and FB are respectively independently exerted upon the controlled systems A and B but displacing amounts XA and XB, of these controlled systems A and B are respectively detected by the displaced amount detectors 2A and 2B and corresponding to these displaced amounts, the manipulated variables can be adjusted. In this case, the displaced amounts are displayed on display devices 5A and 5B.
