摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a thermally fusible fiber not having a waxy touch but having a dry and soft skin touch as a single layered thermally fusible fiber easy in the production, and having a high fusion strength even fused at a relatively low temperature, and to produce a thermally fused nonwoven fabric from the same. CONSTITUTION: A polypropylene thermally fusible fiber is produced from a resin composition comprising a polypropylene resin and silica and/or a fatty acid amide in an amount of 0.1-3.0wt.% based on the polypropylene resin and having a lower crystallization heat generation-starting temperature [TCS ( deg.C)] than a value calculated by an equation: TCS ( deg.C) = 0.094CE -4.13CE+127 deg.C (CE is an ethylene content %), and a polypropylene thermally fused nonwoven fabric is produced.

摘要： PURPOSE:To obtain a blend resin composition which comprises polypropylene, polyamid and modified polyolefin in which the heat of crystallization of the polyamide is adjusted, thus has dyeability and coatability at the same level as those of polyamides with no deterioration of physical properties induced by moisture absorption. CONSTITUTION:This composition comprises (A) a polypropylene resin, (B) a polyamide resin (preferably nylon 6) and (C) a modified polyolefin resin (preferably a modified polypropylene prepared by grafting maleic anhydride onto isotactic polypropylene) where the heat of crystallization of the polyamide is more than 40J/g according to the differential scan calorimetry based on the base line between 160 deg.C and 240 deg.C in the case of temperature descending rate of 10 deg.C/min. The heat of crystallization can be adjusted by adding a nucleating agent for crystallization, preferably talc. The composition can be prepared by melt-kneading at 230 to 300 deg.C at a shear rate of 300 to 2,000/sec.
