    • PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized accurate apparatus by switching a channel of a sample to be separated and exhausted from a detector via a six-way valve, selectively supplying it to sample pouring means, and storing one of a plurality of sample vessels on a sample holding mechanism by the pouring means. CONSTITUTION:A six-way valve 23 is connected to a sample outlet of a detector 17 to separate a sample via a column 16, the sample to be separated and selectively exhausted after detection is sent to a waste liquid reservoir 18 or sent to an injection needle 22 through a channel 15b formed in a joint 15a of a syringe 15. In a state that it is sent to the reservoir 18, cleanser is fed from a vessel 24 via a pump 25, from the valve 23 to the needle 22 via the joint 15a to be cleaned. In a state that the valve 23 is rotated to send the sample to be separated to the needle 22, the cleanser is prevented by the valve 23, the needle 22 is moved to a suitable vessel 21a on a sample holding member 21 by a robot 22a to recover the sample in the vessel 21. Thus, the sample to be measured and the sample to be separated are contained in the vessels 21 on the holder 21, and hence an apparatus can be reduced in size.
