A structural body 61 having imbedding parts 64 projected in a cavity is supported on the second movable frame body 46. On the first movable frame body 37, a link mechanism 56, with which the second movable frame body 46 is vertically moved by means of the horizontal movement of the first movable frame body 37, is pivotally supported horizontally. A third movable frame body 90 is pivotally fitted vertically to the mold fitting port 30 of the form main body 27 at the position above the second movable frame body 46. The structural body 61 on the second movable frame body 46 is pinched by the third movable frame body 90.

    • PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the workability of the form assembly concerned by a method wherein an upper movable inner mold and a lower movable inner mold are vertically movably and interlockingly connected with each other by a vertically mold moving means and a rightside movable inner mold and a leftside movable inner mold, which are opposite to each other, are horizontally movably and interlockingly connected with each other by a horizontally mold moving means. CONSTITUTION:By actuating a vertically mold moving means 6, an upper movable inner mold 2 and a lower movable inner mold 3 are simultaneously moved upwards and downwards respectively so as to set and hold the upper movable inner mold 2 and the lower movable inner mold 3 at their mold registering positions. After that, by actuating a horizontally mold moving means 7, a rightside movable inner mold 4 and a leftside movable inner mold 5 are simultaneously moved rightside outwards and leftside outward respectively so as to engage both their vertical ends with both the horizontal ends of the upper movable inner mold 2 and of the lower movable inner mold 3 in order to be registered and held at the mold registering positions of the rightside movable inner mold 4 and of the leftside movable inner mold 5. Thus, the inner molds can be smoothly drawn out of the hollow part of a formed article and the workability of the form assembly concerned can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold apparatus which makes it possible to sandwich an ejector between a pair of supports, to block the guide port of a split mold by a molding plate in case of matching the split mold to a mold body, to release the sandwiching of the ejector in the case of releasing and retreating the split mold at the time of mold releasing to simply release the mold, to prevent the damage of the ejector or the plate and to facilitate cleaning of cement paste tailing. SOLUTION: A split mold 22 is telescopically provided in a mold body, and a plurality of guide ports 31 are opened at the molding surface 22a continued to the molding surface of the body and in the vertical directions of the surface 22a at the time of matching to the mold 22. Projectors 23 of a plurality of steps having buried parts 23c buried in concrete product are provided. A supporting mechanism 24 is telescopically provided in each port 31 of the mold 22. Each mechanism 24 is so provided as to make it possible to open or close a mold plate 40 for blocking the ports 31 of the pair of supports 39 and the mold 22 for sandwiching the ejector 23. A plurality of supporting mechanism switching means 37 for opening or closing the pair of supports 39 by operating the each mechanism 24 is provided at the mold 22.

    • PURPOSE:To enable releasing a moving mold body smoothly without being influenced by the angle of inclination of a sheathed pipe embedded in concrete by releasing a pair of moving molds movable to and from a stationary mold obliquely outward at an arbitrary angle of inclination. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 52 for molding a bridge girder block is formed by the molding surface 6 of a stationary mold body 5 and the molding surfaces 12 of right and left moving mold bodies 8. Then, both ends of a sheathed pipe 53 are inserted between respective insertion holes 20 of the right and left moving mold bodies 8 and the both ends of the sheathed pipe 53 are fastened by jigs 21. The knob 46 of a releasing means 34 is rotation-controlled so that an indication piece 51 is aligned with the scale 50 of an angle on a scale plate 47 coinciding with the angle of inclination of the sheathed pipe 53. The frictional binding of the wheel 27 of a truck 26 to a rail 25 is released and the moving mold bodies 8 are smoothly released obliquely outward of the direction of inclination of each sheathed pipe 53. Thus, the moving mold bodies 8 can be released smoothly without being influenced by the angle of inclination of the sheathed pipe 53 embedded in concrete.

The bottom part molding form 11 consists of the fixed bottom panel part provided to the upper end part of the form main body 6 and the movable bottom panel part 13 permitting the step 8 of the concrete product A to pass at the time of mold release.

A pair of clamp bolts 23 each having the large diameter head 2 inserted in each of the large diameter insertion parts and the screw shaft part inserted in each of the small diameter insertion parts 12 are screwed in the contact surface part 16 in a detachable manner.

Respective side plates 13, therefore, are interposed as the side plates 13 used combinedly for molding concrete products adjoining both side ends 8 of a pair of adjoining side planks 3 by mold clamping respective side plates 13, a pair of side plank 3 and both end plates 18 on the bottom plate 2 respectively.
