摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent hunting by judging the polarity of a voltage between source and drain corresponding to the value of a current flowing to MOSFET and by controlling via AND function a driving signal to be forwardly biased at a given current value or more. CONSTITUTION:At the time of an abnormal DC power supply 8, a current flowing from the source of MOSFETs 5, 17 toward the drain thereof approaches zero and the voltage drop between said source and drain decreases too. Then, a first driving signal is not generated from a given current value as a boundary and said MOSFETs 5, 17 are cut OFF. Accordingly, the current flows to a parasitic diode, the voltage drop between the source and drain becomes larger and the MOSFETs are going to be turned ON again by the first driving signal. However, when said ON is delayed a little by the use of a capacity between gate and source, a drain terminal voltage rises to a high state so that said MOSFETs 5, 17 are not turned ON even by the driving signal so as to retain the cut-OFF state. At the time of starting, said MOSFETs 5, 17 are controlled by a second driving signal. Consequently, it is possible to prevent hunting.

摘要： PURPOSE:To always operate with a simple circuit by turning OFF a main switching element up to next operating period after a first zero-cross point of a current of a serial resonance circuit after the element is turned ON. CONSTITUTION:A flip-flop 17 is set by the initial rising edge of an output of a monostable multivibrator 4. Thereafter, it is reset by the initial rising edge of comparators 13, 14. The output of the flip-flop 17 attains a low level during the period, and then keeps a high level until it is set by the output of the multivibrator 4 falling thereafter. Main switching transistors Q1, Q2 are zero-switched by the output of a NAND gate 5, AND gates 6, 7 and a flip-flop 8. Accordingly, even if a repetition period of a low level of the outputs of the comparators 13, 14 occur, it can effectively be frequency-controlled.

摘要： PURPOSE:To shorten the OFF time of a main transistor and decrease power consumption by a mechanism wherein a series circuit of the third winding mounted to an output transformer and a diode is connected in parallel with a series circuit of the controlling winding of a current transformer and a switching element. CONSTITUTION:The third winding 18 of an output transistor 15 induces + voltage to the - side of a power source 1 during a conductive period of a main transistor Tr14, but currents do not flow bacause of the OFF of a Tr4. The currents of the winding 18-a diode 13-a resistor R are overlapped to the controlling winding 10 of a current transformer 7 in addition to currents passing through a resistor 3 under a condition that the Tr4 is at ON and inverse bias is applied to the Tr14, and currents are fed to a base of the Tr14 through the transformer 7, thus shortening the OFF time of the Tr14. Consequently, the OFF time of the Tr14 can be shortened positively in case of the inverse bias of the Tr14 without regard to the conductive width of the Tr14 because currents supplied from the winding 18 are fed during the storage time and turning-ON time of the Tr14.

CONSTITUTION:When the output of a converter is abruptly decreased and the frequency of an oscillator 3 is reduced, the output of a monostable multivibrator 15 attains a low level to trigger a monostable multivibrator 17. The output of the multivibrator 17 attains a high level to lower the output of the oscillator 3 during the period. Main switching transistors Q1, Q2 supply currents to a serial resonance circuit by a monostable multivibrator 4, a flip-flop 5 and AND gates 6, 7. Accordingly, the operating frequency of a converter can be held at the resonance frequency or more of a parallel resonance circuit by the setting time T1 of the multivibrator 15. The converter prevents control disable due to an abrupt drop of the impedance of the parallel resonance circuit to obtain stability of the control.
