摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make defoaming rapid and restrain component separation of concrete from being accelerated by providing a motor rotating speed control circuit with a voltage detecting circuit, and rotating a motor at a high speed in case of detected voltage being the specified value or more and at a low speed in case of the specified value or less. SOLUTION: Concrete is placed and when an operation signal e8 is inputted to a microcomputer 6 to drive a concrete vibrator, voltage e9 proportional to a current flowing from a current detecting resistance 3a of a three-phase inverter 3 to a transistor rapidly rises to the maximum value. This voltage e9 becomes higher than a threshold voltage e11 showing the maximum value, and a high level signal e12 is outputted from a speed command switching circuit 72 so as to rotate the concrete vibrator at high speed, thus imparting vibrational energy required for defoaming. When the bubble quantity remaining in concrete is reduced, the voltage e9 is lowered. When the voltage e9 becomes lower than the threshold voltage e11 , a low level signal e12 is outputted from the switching circuit 72 to rotate the motor at a low speed. Concrete can therefore be placed in a short time even by an inexperienced person.

In addition, An electric source feeding cable 66 for a high frequency motor is arranged in the vibration part 64. In addition, each operation for elevation of a concrete setting cylinder 34, divergence of three concrete vibrators 46 and advancing and retreating of the high frequency vibration part 64 can be remotely controlled by means of a controller 70 connected to a control part 68. Therefore, it is possible to facilitate setting and compacting works of concrete.

When concrete cast in the corner part or deep part of the form apparatus is compacted, the high frequency vibration part 32 connected through the support lever 20 and the vibration-proof cylinder 30 is set to the optimum position by allowing an operation rod 18 to appropriately advance to perform compaction work.
