    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a stable flow rate even with a small differential pressure and to exhibit flow rate stability regardless of a mounting direction.SOLUTION: An annular magnet 2 is provided in a valve body, and a seal 4 made of ethylene-propylene rubber is put on the magnet 2. The seal 4 is used as a valve seat 5, and a valve element 3 made of ferritic stainless steel is provided in an openable/closable manner at the valve seat 5. The weight of the valve element 3 is made less than attracting force of the magnet 2 at the maximum opening of the valve. Dispersion in cracking pressure to the valve mounting direction is thereby reduced to ensure the flow rate stability of a fluid. The surface side, abutting on a valve hole, of the valve element 3 is formed with an adhesion preventing layer 8 made of polytetrafluoroethylene, thereby preventing adhesion between the valve element 3 and the valve seat 5 when a valve closed state continues.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety apparatus for a battery with which explosion of a battery case caused by the rise of the internal pressure can be prevented. SOLUTION: An electricity flowing route of a safety apparatus 5 comprises a lead wire 18, a terminal 17 of a conductive case 6, a PTC plate 12a, a circular terminal 12b, a contact piece 15, and an electrode cover 16 in this order. When gas is generated from an electricity generating element 2 and the internal pressure of a battery case 3 rises, an aluminum foil 8 swells due to the pressure of the inside of the battery case 3 and a spacer 10 is lifted up. When the spacer 10 is lifted up, the spacer 10 protrudes the center part of a coned disk spring 11 and turns over the coned disk spring 11. When the coned disk spring 11 is turned over, the coned disk spring 11 protrudes the contact piece 15 and parts the contact piece 15 from the circular terminal 12b, so that the electricity flowing route of the safety apparatus 5 is shut. Consequently, electric current is cut and gas evolution from the electricity generating element 2 can be suppressed.

    • PURPOSE: To provide a safety device of secondary battery in which whether an operation for keeping safety is performed without breaking or not can be confirmed. CONSTITUTION: A safety device 1 is mounted on a battery case. When a gas is generated in the battery case to raise the pressure in the battery case, an aluminium foil 5 and a moving piece 8 are pushed up by this pressure, and this pressure is transmitted to a disc spring 9 through the moving piece 8. when the disc spring 9 is reversed by this pressure, and both ends of the disc spring 9 are separated from first and second terminals 7, 12, a current-carrying passage is cut to interrupt the flow of current. Thus, the generation of the gas is suppressed, and the rise of pressure is stopped. When the pressure in the battery case is further continuously raised, the aluminium foil 5 is broken to release the gas in the battery case to the outside. Thus, the explosion of the battery case can be avoided.
