摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform of an increase in the internal pressure within an electrolytic capacitor to the outside. SOLUTION: When the internal pressure of an electrolytic capacitor increases, a dome-like inner pressure sensing valve 24 is reversed so as to project in the opposite direction from such a state that it projects to the bottom side, and a pressing member 23 is moved thereby. The movement of the pressing member 23 pushes up the outer circumferential part of a spring member 25 in contact with two lead terminals 22 and 22, and while a projection 211 is used as a fulcrum, the spring member 25 is released from the lead terminals 22 and 22. Therefore, there becomes nonconductive between the lead terminals 22 and 22, and such a state is detected from the outside so that the increase in the internal pressure of the electrolytic capacitor can be recognized.

SOLUTION: The outer surface of an outer packaging case 3 for storing a capacitor element 2 is covered with a tubular outer packaging member 6 made of thermal shrinking resin. The outer packaging member 6 is airtightly attached to the outer surface of the outer packaging case 3 due to thermal shrinkage. Over the entire outer surface of the tubular outer packaging member 6, a resin layer 7 is formed. Due to this structure, most of mechanical vibration and stress from outside is absorbed by the resin layer formed on the outer surface of the outer packaging member and therefore inside of the capacitor element is not influenced by those external factors.
